Pharmaceutical Litigation
Too often, drug manufacturers are more concerned with their bottom line than with providing safe products to their customers. As a result, they produce pharmaceuticals and medical devices without first engaging in proper testing or by using fraudulent marketing practices. These actions by drug manufacturers result in the approval of drugs and medical devices by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the use of these products by doctors, often for uses other than those tested, and ultimately, in injuries to patients.
