Biography
Todd Wells is an Associate Attorney with Raizner Slania, focusing his practice on representing policyholders in disputes with their insurance carriers. Todd is licensed in three states – Texas, Illinois, and Missouri – and he has worked in the legal industry since 2016, working at some of the top law firms in the country. Todd has experience at every stage of litigation, from pre-litigation counseling to trial to appeals.
Todd has represented clients ranging from individuals to Fortune 500 and internationally-known companies. In addition to his current work, he has a broad range of litigation experience, including complex commercial disputes, landlord-tenant matters, class action litigation, bad faith insurance cases, personal injury matters, and construction defect claims, among others. Todd has experience securing successful results in state and federal courts as well as arbitration.
Education
Todd graduated from Wichita State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics in 2012 where he was selected as a Barton School Dean’s Ambassador. Subsequently, he earned his law degree from Washington University School of Law in 2016. During law school, Todd served as Executive Editor of the Global Studies Law Review and achieved numerous academic accomplishments.
