Kori Westbrook has invaluable insight into pharmaceutical, liability, defective medical devices, and personal injury cases. She has worked on both the plaintiff and defense side of insurance lawsuits which has equipped her with unique perspective and a wide skill set.

With over 15 years of legal experience, Kori Westbrook dedicates her time at Raizner Slania to pharmaceutical and products liability cases, while also pursuing personal injury cases. Having spent time working on the defense side of the docket, Kori has valuable insight into how the other side works, making her invaluable to her clients.

Ms. Westbrook attended Baylor University where she received her dual Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Spanish. Ms. Westbrook then attended South Texas College of Law in Houston. During her time in law school, Ms. Westbrook was an active member of the school’s advocacy program, earning several accolades, and was a staff writer for Currents International Trade Journal.

Upon graduating law school, Ms. Westbrook began her practice on the defense side of personal injury and products liability cases, as well as insurance lawsuits before transitioning over to the plaintiff’s side.

Prior to joining Raizner Slania, Ms. Westbrook represented numerous injured consumers across the country while working on numerous mass tort cases, including defective medical products like vaginal mesh and hip implants, as well as pharmaceutical cases including Risperdal and Pradaxa. Ms. Westbrook has overseen and managed other attorneys and mass tort divisions at previous law firms.
